Sugar Creek Alpacas strives to breed Huacaya alpacas of the highest quality. With attention to the alpacas' uniqueness, we take pride in raising strong, well conformed, colorful animals. We offer big farm quality with small farm attention. Started in 2004, from some of the best genetics in the country, we continue to maintain only the highest standards for fleece quality, color and conformation in our stock. Our animals are healthy, show quality, prize winning and vigorous alpacas. We breed for consistent, reliable, heritable genetics in Huacaya alpacas producing uniform density of 5 to 7 pound blankets and under 26.0 microns in three year old animals with longer than average staple length.
We, having experienced a start-up operation, would be willing to help you get started with your own herd. Learn from our mistakes.
